Integrating Pardot with Third-party tools can either be as easy breeze or can be a nightmare. What seems pretty simple at the beginning can turn out to be a series of Support tickets going back and forth to resolve a minor but tricky problem. While integrating Zoom with Pardot, I faced a lot of small issues which were bewildering. The Zoom technical documentation did not provide clarity on these issues and I had to open multiple tickets with Zoom Support to find the answers.
